The applicants must be 18 years or older and have picture id with birth date listed. Parental consent is needed for 16 & 17 year olds.

Bride and Groom must fill out the application in person in this office.

No blood test is required for a marriage license.

Beth Rahn-Mosley will perform marriage ceremonies by appointment only.
